The location was magnificent and perfect, right in the middle of town, in the very quite area.

Greatly enjoyed the room with kitchenette, my bed was soft. The location was fab - near to patisserie, shopping streets and market, and the centre of town near the train station, markets.

Our stay at Appart'City, Agen was very pleasant. The hotel is quite new with great facilities, I.E. kitchen, space, comfortable bed, flat screen tv. Centrally located approx 700 metres from the train station. Agen is a delightful town where you can take a canal boat. There is an aqueduct that crosses the Garrone River.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of a historic town. The location was perfect, with the train station and high-street just a short walk away. The rooms were clean, bright, and spacious, providing everything I needed for a weekend getaway. I particularly enjoyed the little balcony that overlooked the street, adding a nice touch to the overall ambiance. The basic kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, and microwave was a great addition, giving me the flexibility to prepare quick meals or enjoy a hot cup of tea. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet in the morning was a highlight, offering a wide variety of choices to start the day off right. this hotel provided excellent value for money and attention to detail, making it a top choice for anyone visiting this charming town.

A winner. The value for money is superb, everything is sparkling new, secure parking in the middle of town, great shower, very impressed with the quality of the furnishings, there's even a small kitchen. Staff was exceptionally friendly on the phone and make a real effort. Great experience.

The parking entrance is a problem if you have anything bigger than a tiny car. The bed is a pull out which is comfortable and firm, which didn't bother us, but might bother others. However you'd have a hard time finding better in Agen, even for 50% more expensive lodgings.
